  • A Faridabad maker of flat-steel processing lines — cold-rolling mills, pickling, galvanising and colour-coating lines — is raising ₹2,700 million of fresh capital for working capital and debt repayment, while its promoters and others offer 7,171,290 shares. Revenue was ₹6,261 million and profit after tax ₹404 million in FY26, with an order book of ₹13,130 million.

  • A road-freight company that moves goods largely on trucks hired from third-party fleet owners is issuing 7,700,000 new shares, mainly for ₹670 million of working capital, while its largest promoter offers 5,600,000. Revenue rose from ₹2,691 million in FY23 to ₹4,481 million in FY25 and profit from ₹64 million to ₹300 million, but operating cash flow over the whole period was slightly negative.

  • A water and wastewater treatment contractor is issuing ₹3,750 million of new shares, mainly for working capital and to take a controlling stake in Bell Cooling Towers, while its founder and other holders offer 4,328,000 shares. Revenue doubled to ₹1,654 million in FY25 and profit jumped from ₹28 million to ₹442 million, but 41% of FY25 revenue came from affiliated companies, chiefly a Singapore company that subcontracted Saudi Aramco work to it and that it has since bought.

  • A developer of water-treatment, sewage-treatment and treated-water reuse projects for government bodies is making a ₹22,500 million offer: ₹12,500 million of new shares, to repay subsidiaries' debt and build two water projects and a solar project, and ₹10,000 million sold by its holding company, which owns all of it. Revenue rose from ₹6,700 million in FY23 to ₹17,587 million in FY25 and the order book to ₹160,113 million, but nearly all revenue is from government and operating cash flow was negative ₹2,819 million in FY25.

  • A Pune-based maker of prestressed-concrete railway sleepers, which also fabricates steel pipes for pumped-storage and irrigation projects as a subcontractor, is issuing ₹1,250 million of new shares, mainly for working capital, while a promoter-group company offers 1,500,000 shares. Profit rose from ₹34 million in FY24 to ₹236 million in FY25 as services revenue jumped, and one customer, Samruddhi Industries, is a firm in which a promoter is a partner.

  • A Hyderabad maker of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates is issuing ₹7,400 million of new shares, mainly for capacity expansion and ₹1,950 million of debt repayment. Revenue grew from ₹6,448 million in FY23 to ₹8,117 million in FY25, mostly from three therapy areas. The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board has issued closure directions for two of its units, and a police complaint has been filed against a promoter-director by a state industrial board.

  • A Chennai NBFC lending to small businesses and self-employed borrowers in rural and semi-urban India is raising ₹9,000 million of fresh capital, while investors including Lok Capital and some individual shareholders offer 12,827,093 shares. It has no identified promoter. AUM was ₹91,343 million and profit after tax ₹3,304 million in FY26.

  • An Ujjain seed company that breeds, produces and processes paddy, maize and wheat seed and markets it to farmers and dealers across nine states is raising fresh capital to expand its single processing unit, acquire breeding land and fund working capital. Three crops were 99.94% of its revenue last year, and the mix between them changed almost completely in one year.

  • A Noida electronics manufacturing services company making cord assemblies, electronic distribution systems, circuit-board assemblies and remotes for home-appliance brands is making an ₹8,000 million offer: ₹4,000 million of new shares, mainly to repay ₹2,213 million of debt and add machinery, and ₹4,000 million sold by three promoters. Revenue rose 36% to ₹7,873 million in FY25 at a 12.3% EBITDA margin, with home appliances and consumer electronics 95% of revenue and ten customers 67%.

  • A chemicals distributor that imports and supplies solvents, acids, monomers and pharmaceutical raw materials, and has added solvent recycling through a subsidiary, is issuing up to 11,869,100 new shares, mostly to take control of two associate companies, while its two founders offer 7,282,300 shares. Revenue was ₹16,288 million in FY25 at an EBITDA margin of 2.18%.
